Meta Centre is an innovative and highly successful not-for-profit charitable institution and community developmental services agency with more than 20 years experience serving children and adults with special needs in the Greater Toronto Area.

Our services are tailored to respect and meet the individual needs of people with developmental disabilities, including those persons with dual diagnoses and multiple disabilities. These are provided through our multi-lingual Day Services, Residential Services, Supported Individual Living, Social Work Services, and Respite Services.
