The operating costs of the Meta Centre are supported primarily through funding from the Ontario Ministry of Community and Social Services.

Nonetheless, we could not fully meet the deserving aspirations of our clients without the generous capital and operating support of our corporate and individual donors and volunteers, to whom we are very grateful.

Family Walk and Run
The annual Meta Centre Family Walk and Run event raises funds for people with special needs, and represents a healthy and enjoyable way to support the community integration of our clients and their families.

Harvest Moon Gala
Our annual Harvest Moon Gala Dinner and Dance is a prestigious and elegant event, and a key component of our fundraising efforts.

Attendees support the Meta Centre through ticket and table purchases, and enjoy a variety of performances, award ceremonies and auctions, as well as sumptuous dining. All funds are used to support the services of the Meta Centre or our Capital Campaign.
