Our operational funding is provided primarily by the Ontario Ministry of Community and Social Services. Through the work of the Meta Foundation, we are active in the raising of operational and capital funds necessary to maintain, improve and expand the extraordinary quality of service and care that have made the Meta Centre a leader in its field.

The Meta Foundation launched a $3 million “Building a Centre of Dreams” capital campaign in 2004. In the same year, we secured a new home for the Meta Centre at 401 Champagne Drive in North York. The building underwent substantial renovations in 2005 and a formal opening took place in May 2006. It houses our day, evening and weekend services, social work services, volunteer services, and administrative offices.
