Social Work Services

Social work services are provided by our team of professionally accredited social workers at our Toronto location.

Services include Person-Centred Planning, intake, individual and group counselling and referral. Counselling may include concerns such as anger and stress management, sexuality and personal relationships. These are designed to help facilitate capacities to resolve conflict and develop coping and problem solving skills.

Referrals involve an intake interview involving personal background, family information, medical information and previous and current services.
