Student Placement/Volunteer Requirements and Deadlines

Please note that we are currently on a freeze for Student Placements.

The Meta Centre places up to 3 qualifying students per year in voluntary employment. Drawn from universities, community colleges and secondary schools, they primarily assist full time staff in class settings or residential settings.

We have placed students from the following programs: Humber College DSW & SSW, York University BSW, Ryerson BSW, York/Seneca Rehabilitation Worker, University of Guelphy/Humber ECE & Family & Community Social Services, George Brown Behaviour Science Technology just to name a few.
